At First Sight Chamber Music Workshop



	At First Sight meets on the campus of Southern Adventist University, located in Collegedale, a small town just east of Chattanooga, TN. The town and the beautiful SAU campus nestle in a small valley separated from Chattanooga by White Oak Mountain Ridge. Even amid the academic buildings, the rural feeling of the valley is calm and peaceful. The little town of Collegedale exists primarily because of the university. There is a small shopping plaza with a grocery store, a post office and a few other shops, in addition to the elegant university structures. Collegedale is also home for the McKee Foods Corporation, makers of Little Debbie Snack Cakes. Tantalizing aromas of fudge brownies or oatmeal cookies frequently float on the evening air.
	Even though the campus itself feels isolated, with the city of Chattanooga just over the ridge, all the customary city services are easily accessible. Motels, restaurants, a major shopping center, the Chattanooga airport and Interstate 75 are all only minutes away. Merge right onto Old Lee Highway. * At the immediate stoplight, go straight on, passing a funeral home on the right. * Follow Old Lee Highway through the community of Summit to a 'Y' intersection. Bear right past the gas station onto Apison Pike. You will not need to stop. * Continue on Apison Pike through Collegedale. Go straight at the traffic light and follow the road around the bend. * Turn right at the four-way stop onto University Drive.
			From Interstate 75 Southbound * Take the Ooltewah exit (#11), turning left onto Lee Highway. * At the second stoplight on Lee Highway, turn right onto Little Debbie Parkway. * When Little Debbie Parkway ends, turn left onto Apison Pike. * Continue on Apison Pike through Collegedale. Go straight at the traffic light and follow the road around the bend. * Turn right at the four-way stop onto University Drive.
